The disc stack centrifuge efficiently separates solids and one or two liquid phases in a single continuous process using extremely high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall, while less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers. The interface position where these phases meet can be precisely adjusted to ensure maximum separation efficiency.
The disc stack configuration provides additional surface settling area, dramatically accelerating the separation process.
